ear. He began his ministry teaching Sunday School and working in Youth Ministries and preached his first sermon in 1984.

He has always believed in making himself available to God and his Pastor and doing what was asked of him. Pastor Freeman is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International.

In 2005 Pastor Freeman received the support of his elders and the Alabama District UPCI to plant a church in Greenville, AL. In 2006, after answering the call of God, Pastor Freeman along with his wife Melinda, and children Amberlin and Andrew, moved to Greenville, Alabama to plant a new work for the kingdom of God. In 2007 he became the founding pastor of Lighthouse Pentecostal Church. Services began on January 21, 2007 in a rented storefront. It wasn't long until God began to open doors and Greenville was selected as the recipient of the Alabama District United Pentecostal Church's first church-in-a-day project. In October 2007, with nearly 300 precious saints from around the state, a 3,000 sq. ft. building was built in one weekend.

Today, Lighthouse Pentecostal Church sits on approximately 20 beautiful acres and is poised for tremendous growth. Being the first United Pentecostal Church in the city of Greenville and the only UPCI church within 45 miles, they are excited at what God has done and what is yet to happen. In the past 7 years many precious souls have been baptized in Jesus' Name and filled with the Holy Spirit. To God be the Glory!! Work has begun on a new worship sanctuary and needed Sunday School facilities. We believe God has great things in store for this city and region.

Pastor Freeman & his wife Melinda have been married for 26 years. They have one daughter, Amberlin, son-in-law, Ray Salas, one son, Andrew and granddaughter Analia. The entire family is involved in church ministry.
